Rector’s Day, 4th May

In accordance with the decision of the Rector of the University of Warsaw, Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, taken at the request of the Board of the University of Warsaw Students’ Union, 4th May 2026 has been established as Rector’s Day.

It is also a day off from work for the entire university.
